Time for a spring cleanup

The new cycling season is just around the corner and it's time to get your e-bike battery ready for the first ride!

If you've been diligent, you've already charged the battery over the winter and stored it at an appropriate temperature.

Before you plan your first big tour, you should not only check your e-bike, but also the battery.

Here is a checklist for your E-Bike Vision battery:

✔️ Firstly, check the battery for visible damage
✔️ If the battery is a little dusty or the contacts are dirty, you can clean them with a damp cloth
✔️ Check the charge status of the battery and charge it before use
✔️ Place the battery in your E-bike and check that it is working properly
✔️ Take a test ride and observe the range of the battery

❌ Do not charge damaged batteries
❌ Do not use the battery if it becomes unusually hot during charging

If your display shows an error code, the battery may need a software update. Contact our service team or download our app, which you can use to easily carry out the update yourself.
